We arrived before the official check-in time, and Santiago kindly allowed us to check in immediately. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, providing us with useful information from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. What stood out most was how easy it was to speak with anyone at the hotel. Having stayed at many large international hotel chains, we've often been disappointed by slow responses and a lack of initiative. In contrast, the team at La Concordia understood our requests quickly, anticipated our needs, and proactively offered helpful suggestions and assistance. That level of intuitive customer service is something many hospitality businesses are missing today. The room was beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The king bed featured two separate mattresses, allowing my husband and me to sleep comfortably without disturbing one another. The mattress firmness was just right, and the room itself was spacious, with plenty of clever storage solutions and well-considered details that made our stay even more comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose La Concordia again the next time we visit Panama. Keep up the great work!
I got a little spoilded here. Small things matter, the bedside table was the perfect height, the bed side lite was perfect so as not to disturb your partner, multiple USB wall charger, and a great mattress. The bathroom was bigger than my first apartment. Nepresso in the room, balcony with chairs. I wake up earlier than my partner and was able to walk next door to the American Hotel for coffee and breakfast. The rooftop bar is very nice as well with views of the water. Staff was great.
La Concordia is located in the Casco Viejo area of Panamá City. This is the BEST part of the city to base yourself in as it’s a UNESCO Heritage Site filled with beautiful architecture. There are MANY excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, along with small stores and a laundromat. The rooms are exquisite and the staff are friendly. I stayed here for 6 days in April 2026 and I will absolutely be returning!
La Concordia is a Beautiful Hotel conveniently located in the vibrant Casco Vieja area of Panama City. The rooms are decorated exquisitely and the staff could not be more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
My first time staying at a boutique hotel, interesting concept. Since arrival, I was greeted very kindly by reception and the owner. They were able to accommodate my stay despite the last minute, they were also able to expedite the check-in process, which was great! Every one was very attentive. When I arrived, I was not feeling too well, they made me feel taken care of. Will definitely come back if ever in Panama again.
