Upon arrival the staff at the entrance were very observant and attentive. Carlos at the front desk was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Frankie, the restaurant manager was very friendly, and informative. Oziel, Senora Elizabeth, and Eli, we're very friendly and provided exceptional service. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I would highly recommend The Westin at Costa de Este.
6-21-2026 What a fabulous establishment! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. Our United Airlines flight to Houston was canceled after a week cruise and we were brought to the Westin Panama to wait for a flight in the morning. We arrived in a bus with 40+ other people on a Saturday evening. The staff was gracious, professional, quick to smile and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. The view from the roof top pool is amazing with incredible views of the skyline. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with a large shower and bathroom. We were able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast with many fresh options. Even on our way out in the elevator we ran into an employee who unprompted asked how everything was, and if there was anything we needed. Once again, 40 guests unexpected and a little frazzled and grumpy arrived and were treated to a wonderful stay at this hotel. We can’t say thank you enough for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful memory. When we return to Panama there is no doubt where will be staying
Hotel has only 3 advantages - proximity to corporate offices of many companies, super tasty breakfasts and very friendly staff at the reception and entrance. Other than that it is terrible, first off thin walls, you literally hear everything happening around the room. You simply CANNOT get quality sleep. Rooms are pretty dated. If i ever visit panama again for business travel, westin will not be my accommodation.
Franklin and Omar are amazing - very friendly and welcoming. Food is fantastic - very well priced for the incredible quality. Drinks are so good. Definitely coming back!
I had an amazing stay at the Westin Hotel in Panama! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—they truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit. The food was absolutely delicious, and I loved the wide variety on the menu. There was something for everyone, and every meal exceeded my expectations. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful. The service, atmosphere, and quality made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panama. I’ll definitely be back!
