My husband and I are return customers. This hotel is such a great value. Service there is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great. Convenient location. I've read some people complain about the A/C. I think the A/C can be loud if you set the fan at max, but to me that is normal, and max setting not necessary for the size of the room. Also understand that this is a local business style hotel in Panama. Panama is ALWAYS hot and humid. They are not so wasteful as to leave A/C's running when you haven't even checked in yet. If you're such a stringent or dainty traveler, you're welcome to stay at a Marriott chain hotel and pay American prices. But if you're willing, you could write to them with your flight info/anticipated check-in time and ask nicely if they would set the A/C for you in advance. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!
Very clean and attractive hotel, with easy access to the main points of interest in Panama City. The price was excellent, and included some unexpected amenities like a refrigerator in the room.
An excellent stay at Toscana Inn Hotel. Beyond the comfort of its facilities and great location, what truly stands out is the quality of its service. The attention was outstanding at all times, with special recognition to Elizabeth, Rose, Gilberto, and José, who provided warm, professional, and genuinely attentive service. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place where the service exceeds expectations.
Toscana Inn is a great value 3-star hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. While it doesn’t have a gym or business center and the rooftop can be a bit noisy due to construction, the overall experience is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good, and despite limited space, it gets the job done. A few minor noise issues, but nothing that takes away from a pleasant stay.
Staff members were all wonderful. Especially the cleaning ladies, who were very friendly and fun! Very dog friendly hotel and it was really appreciated that I was able to leave my dog unattended in the room for short periods when I had to be out completing errands. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was served daily and was different each day. Good selection and good food. Gracias!
