Description

What better way to learn about a culture than by cooking and eating it with a local in their own kitchen? Our chef Winnie will host you during an interactive dinner experience where you get to cook as much or as little as you want! You'll explore Panama's favorite dishes while sipping on mojitos and learning about the epicurean pleasures that life in Panama brings. Cook the meal yourself and see just how good you are at fulfilling some Panamanian recipes! 2 appetizers, 1 main dish, 1 desert and bottomless mojitos! You'll learn, cook and eat: - fish ceviche (appetizer) - patacone (deep fried plantain bananas) - arroz con pollo (main dish) - bottomless lime and mint mojitos - arroz com piña (dessert) or suspiros panameños To guarantee everyone's interaction, participation and quaintness, we try to keep our classes to 4 students, never more than 6. If you have one dinner in Panama, learn to make one with us!

  • Our chef is a french expat living in Panama for the last 10 years so you'll get the both of Worlds: french techniques and Panamanian recipes and ingredients. This class happens in our chef's apartment, not a studio.
