I did not stay there however l did have dinner with them and it was excellent! Casual fast food but done well l had a ceaser salad and fish 🍔 it was perfect. Service was excellent as well and this was during the world cup! I also used their shuttle service to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 it was perfect.
It’s an amazing hostel to stay. It’s very social, the WiFi works proper, the co work is good for working, the beds are very soft and the cleaners do an amaaaaaaazing job. But for real. How they clean is the best and they make up your bed as well!! Alice in the restaurant is the best. She is very good in what she’s doing and what a lovely girl. Also a special thanks to Analy, Leo, Nicole and Puma. My time there would not have been the same without you!
This is a great hostel. Location is amazing. The beds in the shared dorms are comfy. A bit of noise but not all that loud at night. Had breakfast here once and it was pretty good. They also host social events most nights. Really can’t complain, solid experience all around.
We had such a great stay here at Klika. Everything felt new and fresh. We had a private room with a shared bathroom and it was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were always clean. The location was perfect for us either everything just outside. Unfortunately some of the staff (not all) caused us not to leave 5 stars. Most of the time when we had a question, the staff either wouldn’t know or genuinely didn’t care. Again, some of the staff were so unhelpful that we then had to go back and ask when they weren’t working. There was also a fair amount of building work going on. (I’m aware it’s a newly rebranded hotel and there is work that needs to be done) but it seemed a lot of people had problems as every day there was a builder in one of the rooms on our floor. Our biggest issue was finding out Klika doesn’t offer water in the hotel. You can’t get filtered water anywhere and have to go to a shop and buy the large bottles. We’ve been to all types of countries and hotels always have water. That’s something that seriously needs a rethink Other than these few issues, as a whole we had a great time and the hostel is nice. We would recommend
The staff at Klika goes out of their way to assist in anyway possible. They are super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Is it loud yes! It’s a party hostel! The most known on the island. Across from Filthy Friday, steps from Vibe, and in the heart of town. I’m 56 stayed in their private room which had great AC and WiFi. Checked out today to visit other islands and they are, without charge holding my suitcase for me until I’m back for an additional 5 days. It’s quite amusing when you read the horrible reviews referring to the noise, customer service, and cleanliness. Some people book a bed in a hostel and expect a 5 star curated experience and then complain. Those reviews speak more about the people that wrote them than Klika’s. Don’t stay at a party hostel in the entertainment district of the island and complain about noise!! Alexandra and Anali in reception are true professionals and at the restaurant look out for Cappy, Alice, and the super sweet Nay. Big hugs to the amazing staff, Sonny from Miami
