This Hotel is outstanding and the most friendly and very helpful Front Desk Agents. They are very professional and well groomed. The area is very safe and convenient. I will stay again in 2 weeks. This will be my Go Too Hotel from now on. Housekeeping is awesome. This is one perfect Hotel. I give it 20 Stars.
I got upgraded to a nice suite. Furniture is a bit run down in the rooms, need a refurbished. But facilities in general are good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing lack of sweet options but was ok. The gentleman I believe his name was Stephen was very nice accommodating. Reception ladies were fantastic.
Hands down a great experience! The check-in staff was awesome and so friendly. Customer service throughout the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was amazing. Plus, free parking! Will definitely be back.
Staying here was great. They welcomed me and gave me cake on my first night. Service was great and helpful. Room was so clean. View from my room was nice, i got to see the Panama skyline. No major complains. Though water took very long to heat up in the bathroom like more than 10 mins..
