Great fresh food, next door to the seafood market. Super great prices, very worth it. The smallest ceviche is actually a great portion, had the combination, it was delish and fresh, the octopus was tender! Recommend it!!
I would keep walking pass and find another spot as there are many in this area. The food was very underwhelming and after 12 days of exploring Panama, this has been our least favorite food of the trip. The service is very slow with a 45 min wait for food and then they gave us the wrong dish but we decided it was not worth the wait for the correct dish. We both didn't finish the food. They have sports on the TV's but it was a battle. They switched the real madrid game over to US football, we and others complained as this was the main reason we came in.
This is an easy place to stop after going through the markets. Food takes forever to come out (+40 min for fried plantains). Ceviche was very mediocre which is a bummer in this place. We also got the friend shrimp which was definitely not fried and also very mediocre. Overall this is a ok place to stop if you are hungry and tired, need a cold drink and want to relax before going again. Not worth a trip though
