I loved the class with teacher Angelica, and it really felt like a full-body workout. They offer an introductory class if you've never done Pilates before for a super affordable price: $10. Alineea Pilates has a great location and schedule.

I really enjoyed going to Alineea; it's a lovely place, the instructor Angelica is excellent, and the exercises are challenging, just the way I like them! I want to continue learning Pilates reformer with you! I highly recommend it!
