The oldest hotel in Bocas Town or so we have been told. It has its charm. Everything is made out of wood, so you can hear your neighbours conversing. We got lucky, and people adjacent to us also went to sleep early. We did not experience any party noise from outside. The room was clean and airconditioner was capable of Antarctic settings (impressive). Shower did not always give warm water and wifi was slow and spotty. I will give it 5 stars for the lovely staff however. 24/7 reception and everyone from the hotel lobby to the cleaning ladies and bar staff are very friendly and helpful. For 2 nights it was a nice stay if you can get a good deal in terms of pricing.
Justine was most courteous. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Ideal location, just a few minutes walking distance from the central hub, but not right next to the loud bars. The breakfast at Bella Vista was great. Check out at noon very convenient. My only thing is I found it slightly pricy for a single night, but I had not understood the tax as a debutant on the island. TV requires some app I didn’t understand. Overall a good stay
Great service, great location and free breakfast down the street was superior. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay.
