The staff were very kind and helpful! Loved the breakfast and great location! Supermarket is close by and lots of great food options as well!
The rooms are well maintained, and they offer both singles and dormitories. The dorms are nice because they only have 4 beds each. On Fridays and Saturdays I would recommend bringing earplugs because the music from the bar can be heard in the rooms, but it is not obnoxiously loud. I was offered coffee, tea, fruit, and toast in the morning. There is a great area in front of the hostel to hang out, and they sell some gift store items inside.
Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of chill out spaces. Comfortable beds with good working aircon and clean communal spaces. Kitchen had all amenities necessary to cook. The climbing wall did not appear in use when we were there but we attended on a national holiday. We had a complimentary breakfast 1 day out of 3 which was random (bread, jams, small bowl of fruit, tea & coffee sachets & a kettle).
Nice hostel, really chill & quiet (apart from the bar out front on a weekend). Comfortable rooms with good Aircon & proper blanket on the bed. Inconsistent 'breakfast' of bread and rations of fruit is sometimes served. It's a nice 40 minute walk along the sea front to the the market area & historic centre.
