CouCou Crazy is een gezellige plek op vijf minuten van het centrum van Pedasi, een perfecte tussenstop op weg naar Playa Toro. De eigenaar, Dennis, oorspronkelijk een advocaat uit België, is een gepassioneerde koffiebrander, barista, bierbrouwer en banketbakker. Hij houdt ervan om hoogwaardige producten te produceren en mensen te bedienen. Daarom is deze kleine parel een must-visit in de provincie Las Tablas.
Alle koffie die in deze koffieshop wordt geserveerd, komt van de beste Panamese producenten; het is vers gebrand bij CouCou Crazy. De ambachtelijke microbrouwerij is gespecialiseerd in Europese bierstijlen, wat niet gebruikelijk is voor Panama. De voedselopties zijn gevarieerd en de desserts zijn heerlijk.
Wat je ook naar CouCou Crazy brengt - een verfrissend ambachtelijk bier, een perfect kopje koffie of wat zoete verwennerij - het is altijd leuk. Zowel volwassenen als kinderen spelen graag minigolf op het terrein. De twee verdiepingen tellende toren is geweldig om naar de zonsondergang te kijken. De boerderijdieren en honden zijn vriendelijk. En als je verliefd wordt op de plek, zijn er huurcabines voor een rustig natuurverblijf.
