Definitely have to check this place out. It was the best place we stayed during our 4 week excursion in Panama!
Aqueels Cabin was a beautiful rainforest jungle like sanctuary! The diverse ecological environment is a marvel beauty! The cabin is 5 stars all around! From directions and communication with the owner. It’s truly in the heart of Panama! 🇵🇦 thank you so much for the opportunity! Although, the animals were hiding; the monkeys were hopping from tree to tree at night making the most beautiful sounds to fall asleep to! I suggest not using the AC and taking in the fresh mountain cool air! Waking up to sunrise with the sounds and birds was my favorite. The river is a wonder swim and the path for toucans and sight seeing is clean and perfect! We will come back to spend much more time! Thank you
An absolutely beautiful cabin in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees and plants that create a peaceful and unique atmosphere. The construction is of excellent quality, with gorgeous finishes and great attention to detail. The kitchen is set on the terrace with comfortable wooden furniture, making every meal a lovely experience, air conditioning, hot water, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s also another space downstairs with hammocks. The owner is very attentive, making sure everything is up to date, and the lady in charge of cleaning does an outstanding job. Both add great value to the overall experience. It’s worth noting that, due to the distance and part of the rural road, it’s best to come with an proper car. Far from being a downside, this actually adds to the charm and sense of being truly immersed in nature.
