Sadly this is the same concept as the HGI in the US. Management's seems to have put effort to keep the public areas modern but rooms are far from modern (although the hotel claims it is). Rooms re quite dated and dark and the bathroom small. Shower area is not the most modern with quite an old system (again it's very similar to those old HGI in the US). Luckily service in the rear is friendly and good. As an elite hhonors, not much benefits outside what's on paper. Gave me a room facing some building instead of a nice one with a view. Surprisingly the hot tub on the rooftop has a good view and is actually I find one of the better amenity of the hotel. Location is reasonably.

Great location to explore El Cangrejo and good access to Metro. Comfortable bed and well furnished room but it had some cosmetic issues. Quieter than I expected it to be. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Service at breakfast was inconsistent and being noted as a Honors Gold members didn't seem to mean anything to staff. Also seem to be great inconsistency between the advertised happy hour dates and times and what the bartender understood them to be. That said, maybe the best priced cocktails in the area. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Hands down amazing staff and service from being able to drop off our bags to room service keeping everything spotless to assistance with booking transportation around the city. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was wonderful and the location made it easy to get around. This location truly lives up to the Hilton name and reputation.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night to catch a morning flight to Bocas del Toro the next day, and I wish we stayed longer. The hotel has a really nice location in the city, not far from the Obarrio district, offering ment cool restaurants and rooftop bars. The staff welcomed us with open arms and smiles. The rooms themselves were immaculate. For 80 dollars a night, this was truly a steal. We also bought a toothpaste kit for 8 dollars, which was completely worth it. Even if you have a toothbrush, I would recommend getting in, that toothpaste whitens your teeth overnight. I would 100% recommend staying here during your visit to Panamá
