The staff is super friendly, the location is perfect, the restaurant is yummy and the atmosphere is super chill. Our room had a balcony for lounging and a view. We had everything we needed. If you sign up for tours, they pick you up at the dock.
Excellent stay at Diver Boutique Hotel! The location is perfect, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for money in Bocas del Toro. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the islands!
My husband and I were fortunate to get the last room for a 5 night stay in January 2026. We had booked at another hotel and it was not as described (trying to be nice) but we were able to change hotels and stay at Divers Paradise. This change saved our vacation. The room was wonderful and the atmosphere at the resort was very comfortable. Bocas diving isn't great in my opinion but it was just what we needed after not being in the water for 10 years. We did our reactivation training with Mike as well as 2 dives with him. Very comfortable diving and he was great at watching the group and keeping us down as safely possible for as much time as we could. He also found a lot of nice warm vents during the 2nd dive. Our other dive master, Alba was also excellent. She found a lot of sea creatures for us: sea pearls (never saw them before in 200 dives!), a group of shrimp, a couple of rays, lobsters and lots of interesting coral. Again, we got the maximum bottom time that the group could do. The pacing was perfect. Pier 19 was a complete surprise. We were pretty tired going into this trip and the menu at the restaurant was varied enough that we didn't feel the need to look aroud too much for other food choices. Pier 19 has a very reasonably priced menu for both food and drinks and a great breakfast menu that is cheap especially if you book it with your room. The service was good and most (if not all) the staff speak English. Divers Paradise definitely deserves their excellent rating. The owner (Gadi) has taken great care to make it easy for divers and he put a lot of thought into the details of the resort. The rooms are water and sand friendly so you don't feel like you are trashing the room when you come in from diving. The shower stall is good sized so you can rinse your suit and footwear easily. The resort was pretty well soundproofed so we didn't hear a lot of noise from other rooms or the street. We will definitely being returning.
The Ultimate Stay Experience in Bocas! Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Divers Paradise Boutique Hotel during our vacation in Bocas del Toro. It truly lived up to its name! The hotel is decorated very nicely with a clever divers theme that creates a great atmosphere, and you can tell the property is very well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable, and being right on the oceanfront, the views were absolutely amazing! Waking up to the Caribbean Sea every morning was a highlight for all of us. The convenience of this hotel is unbeatable. During our stay, we completed our scuba diving certification at the Bocas Dive Center, which is located right on-site. Being able to go from our rooms straight to the dive boat made the whole process stress-free and easy. We also enjoyed many meals at Pier 19, the hotel's restaurant. The food was very good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lastly, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful place to stay in Bocas (especially if you plan on diving!), this is the spot!
