The accommodations are adequate, it's very clean, everybody is so patient with non native speakers. However, 2 people stood out. David and Myra at the bar at nights! They both took the time to talk with me (semi fluent) and my wife and daughter neither can speak Spanish. They both cooked my daughter outside food, cut up a pineapple for us, shared local knowledge, shared pictures with us, and made us feel like family!! I will go wherever they are working!!! Bosses reading this; give them a raise!!!!
My wife and 2 teen boys stayed 3 nights here while visiting the city. The rooms were nice but a bit dated and could use a refresh. Breakfast was good each day. Nothing special but nothing to complain about. The pool was nice for our boys and the weight room got the job done! The location was the best part. Felt safe walking the local area and were not far from the canal and Casco Viejo. Walked a few times over to the City of Knowledge to get a bite to eat and that was a nice area! Service was very good and all staff were friendly and professional! Would stay again if in the area!
The rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast options were really good and great coffee. Pool is nice but small. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for guests were on second floor and was a big bonus for us. Our room faced the canal so it was really cool to see the boats from our room. However, the noise was so loud by the street.
When we arrived to the front desk a very helpful young man named Ademir Jose helped us out and very informative, since we came in a very early flight we did not sleep all night. Ademir helped us out by getting into our room earlier... The room is very good, the toilet is little slow but works. Compare to other hotels and rooms. This place was good. The hotel facility was also in very good condition and friendly staff. The pool was small but clean and great. The gym was clean and 24hr. This place is very good for those that love peace, quiet, and relaxing after long day in the panama city. It's away from all the noise. Overall I will definitely stay at this place again. Thank you. Overall I will definitely be staying here again,
The check-in manager, Briana, is fantastic. Very helpful. Speaks very good English. Breakfast is very good. Pool is nice. It has showed too. Will come back again and recommend to others who needs to stay in this area. One suggestion is to ventilate the room better, as humidity is high it would feel better if they bring the humidity down to more comfortable level.
