It was nice and fresh seafood with delicious garlic sauce. Restaurant was clean and nice. Our waitress Sonya (?) was very kind, positive and answered all our questions!
The ceviche cocktail and piña colada were okay, as was the corvina a lo macho, which was well-seasoned, but the fish was small. The place is surrounded by other fish shops, with street vendors selling knock-off items. Service was okay. They accidentally brought an extra appetizer my friend didn't order, they were kind enough to take it back without charge. At the end, they didn't provide an itemized receipt or ask for a tip, and we suspect they added a few dollars to the total. Overall, it shouldn't be so difficult to keep track of the bill.
Absolutely delicious fish a la plancha with patacones. Started this meal with the combination ceviche which was wonderfully fresh and flavorful. This was a sensational meal and an outstanding value!
