Amazing views of the city and great food and cocktails!
Little warm but you are in Panama. Good happy hr. on the Thursday we went. Since it is on a hotel rooftop you are sharing it with pool right next to bar area. Disappointed that they did not honor what restaurants are required to do in providing our Pensionado retirement discount. Should have know the rules of applying discount.
Staff was wonderful. They automatically include tip and do not give pension ado discount on most items. Buyer beware. If you want to overpay, at least experience a good view..
Drinks were good and the view was decent. The service was terrible - slow and clearly unwilling. The food was awful - the worst Iâve had in all of Panama. The calamari was burnt and rubbery, impossible to chew. No lime, no flavor, just grease.
