Its name, "La Negra Tomasa Italian Restaurant", evokes warm memories of the childhood of Gisella and her Nana Tommasina, who conveyed her love for cooking. Gisella seeks to reflect in each dish the love for her homeland and her kitchen; the use of fresh, authentic Italian and artisanal products enhances the flavors of traditional Mediterranean cuisine which is manifested in each of its recipes; Gisella puts her soul and heart on each plate; her kitchen is small because Gisella says: "I can not put my Heart in more than 30 dishes a day".

As expected, the pastas in their different presentations are homemade at hand, following traditional methods and prepared al dente, like Tagliatelle. The typical "Gnocchi of potatoes", prepared by hand by Gisella as she did with the fork her Nana Tommasina are a delight that should not stop tasting; when tasting them you can feel the bits of potato that reveal the authenticity of the culinary craftsmanship.

The "Ravioli of meat, or Agnolotti", as Gisella likes to call them, are stuffed with a meat that is prepared in the oven from 8 to 12 hours. The Agnolotti are accompanied by this same meat which you can taste separately. Among the select recipes on the menu are the "Risotto" in its varied presentations: "Terra e Mare", "Alla Pescatora", "Ai Gamberi e Tartufo" each with its delicious flavors that evoke the classic Mediterranean cuisine.

La Negra Tomasa offers liqueurs for after a delicious meal, digestives such as Limoncello prepared at home by Gisella.
