The tour begins early in the morning in downtown Boquete, at the valley's lowest point. From there, you'll drive along the Caldera River up to the Bajo Mono sector, passing traditional villages with historical houses before reaching agricultural areas.

During the drive, you’ll gain detailed knowledge of local fruit and vegetable cultivation, medicinal plants, and native flowers. The hike continues along the Pipeline Trail inside Baru National Park, where you’ll explore the forest, observe diverse birds, butterflies, insects, large trees, and end at a large waterfall.

The round trip hike takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. After the hike, transportation returns you to downtown Boquete.
