Set inside one of the most unique locations in Panama, Salty Sisters sits within the historic stone walls that once protected Panama City from pirates and invasions. The building itself forms part of the original fortification system of Casco Viejo — a UNESCO World Heritage Site where centuries of history still stand around you while cocktails are flowing.
Guided by our professional team, you’ll shake, stir, infuse, flame, taste, and experiment with cocktails inspired by Panama and the world.
Discover local ingredients you’ve probably never tried before — tropical fruits, exotic herbs, native spices, local chilis, spirits, rum, and flavors rooted in Panamanian culture. Learn the stories behind the ingredients, where they come from, and why they matter.
