Description
Your one-hour and fifteen-minute surf lesson at Playa Venao includes an instructor who will assess your skills. Your age and experience are not a factor, as long as you know how to swim. The first fifteen minutes are dedicated to theory, followed by an hour of practice. For beginners, you'll surf the whitewater on the left side of Playa Venao, where the waves are smaller. You'll learn to stand up on the board and then swim with it and an instructor to catch clean waves before they break. We also offer more advanced classes to learn new techniques. Playa Venao is one of the best surf spots in Panama. It has hosted many surfing tournaments, including the Pan American Games, Central American Games, and the ISA World Surfing Games, among others.
