As bottomless mint mojitos flow, you’ll roll up your sleeves and prepare Panama’s most beloved dishes or simply enjoy watching the process. Under Winnie’s guidance, you will explore 10 authentic recipes, including carimañolas, fresh ceviche, creamy cassava, pineapple rice pudding, and more. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
