After a morning pickup at your accommodation in Panama City, relax during the drive to the Chagres Rainforest. Along the way, stop to gather seasonal local fruit.
Board a traditional canoe paddled by Embera men and float through the rainforest. If selected, visit a waterfall to take photos before arriving at the Embera community.
Experience a welcome with music and traditional dances, then learn about the Embera way of life. Enjoy an indigenous lunch including fried tilapia, patacones, yucca, chicken or vegetarian options, and a bowl of seasonal fruit.
