This tour involves navigating the Chagres River by canoe, hiking in a tropical rainforest, and visiting an Embera village. Itinerary
- 08:00 am – Hotel pickup
- 09:30 am – Arrival at local dock
- 09:45 am – Board canoe to navigate Chagres River
- 10:15 am – Canoe stop for rainforest hike to waterfall (difficulty depends on physical condition)
- 11:15 am – Return to canoe
- 12:00 pm – Lunch at Embera village with community leader’s speech
- 12:45 pm – Traditional Embera dance
- 01:15 pm – Return to canoe
- 02:00 pm – Hotel drop-off

This tour requires moderate physical fitness due to rainforest hiking to the waterfall pond. Guests with limited mobility can remain at the village while others hike. Inform the guide if you prefer to skip the hike.
