Itinerary

  • 08:00 am – Hotel pickup
  • 09:30 am – Arrival at local dock
  • 09:45 am – Board canoe to navigate Chagres River
  • 10:15 am – Canoe stop for rainforest hike to waterfall (difficulty depends on physical condition)
  • 11:15 am – Return to canoe
  • 12:00 pm – Lunch at Embera village with community leader’s speech
