Begin your tour by boarding the boat at Isla Flamenco in Panama City, enjoying city views as you head toward the north end of the Gaillard Cut where the Chagres River meets the canal. Observe the winding shape of the Gaillard Cut, a feat of engineering carved through the continental divide.
