Description

Upon arrival, Luciana will welcome you with a fresh treat. Before starting, tie back your hair and wash your hands for hygiene.

The class begins with a live demonstration where Luciana shows how to mix ingredients and knead the dough properly. Afterward, you'll practice kneading to experience the dough's texture and elasticity.

Next, Luciana demonstrates traditional techniques for shaping pasta. You'll learn to craft cavatelli and orecchiette using a knife and thumb pressure, then how to shape maccheroni with the Apulian metal rod called the ferretto.

Once familiar with these techniques, you will use your own knife and rod to shape your dough into cavatelli, orecchiette, and maccheroni, applying your new skills.

At the end of the class, participants cook the pasta and tomato sauce together, then share a meal including antipasto, main dish, and dessert, accompanied by a glass of wine provided on-site.
