Los Establos completely exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning mountain views, spacious suites, and an atmosphere that immediately makes you relax. The service is simply outstanding. Every member of the staff genuinely cares about making your stay memorable. They arranged incredible excursions, drove us into town when we needed medicine, hosted fun happy hours (including karaoke!), and consistently went above and beyond. The included tours were excellent—we especially loved the Lost Waterfalls hike through the cloud forest. The food was outstanding every single day, and the all-inclusive experience felt thoughtful rather than generic. After spending several days on the Caribbean coast, Boquete was the perfect change of pace. Cool mountain air, beautiful gardens, amazing coffee, and exceptional hospitality made this one of our favorite stays anywhere. We would return without hesitation.
We just returned from one of the most incredible vacations we’ve ever taken in Panama, and we’re already dreaming about going back. Waking up to breathtaking views of Volcán Barú felt surreal—every morning was peaceful and unforgettable. The resort struck the perfect balance between quiet relaxation and a welcoming, social atmosphere. It never felt crowded, yet there were always opportunities to connect and enjoy the experience fully. What truly made this trip exceptional was the staff. Their warmth and attention to detail were unmatched. A special thank you to Marvin, Xavier, Frank, Ricardo, Gabriel, and Gabriella—you all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We packed our days with amazing experiences: the Superman zip lining was thrilling, the rum tasting was a highlight, and both the island tour and the volcano sunrise tour with John were absolutely unforgettable. Watching the sunrise from the volcano is something we’ll never forget. The food was incredible—every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and delicious. By the time we left, my husband was almost in tears, which says everything about how special this place is. This was truly one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating vacations we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this experience enough.
We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with excursion planning and accommodating gluten free food options. Ricardo and Franklin provided truly excellent service. Waking up to the volcano view each morning was a highlight, and the white water rafting and cliff jumping excursions made our time in Panama especially memorable.
The food was TOP NOTCH!! The staff were so helpful and polite. My sister and I stayed for 7 days. We enjoyed every excursion and 3 massages. Going to the top of the Volcano Baru was the highlight of our trip. We were here during the Super Bowl and the hotel went all out with a celebration in the gathering room. Included were a bbq dinner, nachos, wings, desserts and drinks. They have happy hour before dinner every evening, which was a fantastic way to engage with the other guests. We shared stories of our excursions, got advice about the area and learned about their lives back home. We made some wonderful memories together and have started what I’m sure are going to be life long friendships. The atmosphere is relaxed and carefree. We would definitely recommend coming here for an adventure.
What a wonderful all inclusive resort. The staff is amazing! The food was wonderful and the views were amazing! We enjoyed the daily happy hour. Xavier was such a great waiter. He really took good care of us. Gabriella at the front desk was so pleasant and helped us book our tours. I highly recommend this resort for your next getaway. We loved everything about Los Eatablos.
