Undoubtedly, your sea is your great treasure. The Venao Beach is known for its giant waves, as well as the sports activities offered such as diving and surfing. I spent a few hours in this beautiful place and, I must confess, I fell in love.
There the surfers and "aspirants" gather to eat some snacks, have a beer and admire the biggest and most beautiful waves of all Panama.
Playa de Venao is also the perfect destination for traveling as a couple. It offers incredible views of the sunrise, exquisite restaurants and the opportunity to meet beautiful, interesting and fun people.
How to get?
CAR - Playa Venao is 4 hours 55 minutes from Panama City. To access it, just follow the Pan-American Highway, turn into Currency and follow the Peninsula on the national highway.
BUS - There are buses that take you to Chitré that leave from the Albrook bus terminal. The cost of the ticket is about $ 8. When you arrive in Chitré, you can also take a bus or negotiate with a taxi to get to Playa Venao.
In the terminal of Albrook there are also buses and taxis that offer the route Panama - Las Tablas or Panama-Pedasi.
