- Note: Panama City cruise port pick ups take place on Perico Island by the 'LA VIDA BELLA' sign next to the kiosks by Beirut restaurant. Miraflores Locks, Panama Viejo and Veracruz beach are at opposite ends of the city limits therefore you may go over 4 hours, when these are combined or exceed '4 and a half hours', expect to pay $25.00 per extra hour as overtime fee.
