Cafe Coca-Cola is the oldest cafe in Panama City. It is a Panama City institution; it opened its doors in 1875, making it the oldest cafe in the city. It is also the only cafe in the world to be named 'Coca cola' a namesake by the Coca-Cola Corporation.
 
In 1906 Panama along with Cuba, became one of the first countries to operate Coca-cola bottling plants outside of North America, just in time to refresh the 'thousands of laborers brought to build the Canal during those years.' Therefore, 2006 marked the 10th anniversary of Coca-cola on the Isthmus.
 
The place is full of history. If you walk to the end of a Central Avenu, you will see the Cafe Coca-Cola entrance build as a Parthenon of the 'Casco Antiguo' of Panama City, San Felipe, twelve streets, in front of Santa Ana Park; this side is a market develop the site of different commercial activities with the best prices of the world.
 
Strategically positioned with five streets means more than two thousand people visit that place every day to enjoy the different delicious dishes and products, especially the coffee that is part of the best production of coffee in Panama.
 
Cafe Coca-cola World Heritage Site which is listed as the special cultural significance of Panama by UNESCO for the World. The visit of Grabo, the double spy who saved D-day in World War II, the time when he was in Panama, Grabo visited the Coffee Coca-Cola daily. After leaving Panama he traveled to Chile. International diplomatic, magistrates Presidents ... several high-profile personalities worldwide, that have marked the history of the legendary CocaCola Cafe.
 
The Cafe Coca-cola is a place of Poets, Athletes, Politicians, Kings, Presidents, Revolutionaries, Bohemians, Singers, Visitors, and Panamanians; all of the above left an indelible mark on the isthmian vintage Coffee
 
They do 2 shifts for 20 people each.
