10/10 i celebrated my boyfriends birthday here and the food was amazinggggg. I had the ribeye and truffle fries, and he had the smoked chicken! The best hidden gem ever in Panama😍😍 you can tell that they actually marinate there meats for a long time to obtain the great flavor!
Céntrico Atypical Steakhouse absolutely delivered an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stylish, welcoming, and full of character. The steaks were cooked to perfection tender, flavorful, and clearly high-quality cuts. Every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared, and the presentation matched the taste. The service was also top-notch: attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly without being overbearing. This place truly stands out if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience. Definitely worth it, and I’ll be coming back again.
Restaurant Céntrico is truly a hidden gem! As soon as you step inside, you feel the warm and stylish atmosphere. The interior is beautiful and you can see that real attention has been paid to detail. The service is very good and the staff is attentive and friendly, making you feel welcome right away. And then the food... wow! The quality is really impressive. The Asian style tuna tartar is an absolute must, fresh, flavourful and perfectly made. The Entrana is also top quality, tender and rich in flavour. Céntrico is the perfect place for a night out where quality, atmosphere and hospitality come together. A restaurant you don’t really want to brag about, but that you really have to try!
It was our first (and, sadly, last) experience at Centrico. We have seen them on IG and the food looks amazing. They are always booked solid, so we took advantage of the quiet period. The restaurant environment is nice. Good music, suitable volume for a conversation, good table size. Our server was excellent, attentive. We ordered clam chowder, onion soup, and ceviche of pork belly as starters. All three were excellent. The stock used in the onion soup was excellent. The ceviche was zesty, tasty, crunchy. The clam chowder was creamy and satisfying. We ordered the Centrico fillet, an entraña, and a ribeye. All cooked medium. The ribeye arrived rare, the entraña 3/4, and the fillet medium. The steaks were tasty, but the entraña was tough. Of the 3, the best was the fillet. For dessert, we shared the ice cream. Very good. Why won't we go back? There are so many consistently excellent steakhouses that we frequent, why go back to one that is hit/miss.
