This place is a hidden gem. We sat outside, I was a little nervous because when we arrived it was empty inside and we were the first to sit outside, but don’t let that fool you. All the dishes we had, all had great flavor, perfectly cooked. Staff was friendly, dishes left me impressed and the outdoor scenery on a spring night was perfect for people watching, not too hot or cold. First dinner in Panama with this restaurant set the bar high. Our server Nazaret was great.
Food was good. More of a Typical panama eat. Friendly staff. Spoke English. Fast service. We ordered very basic , plate of the day fish and a ceviche. If you like hot sauce they have the heat.
We had the BEST meal here. Eduardo was an amazing server/host. They played great music too. We had fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken, fettuccine w/lobster & my caesar salad was delicious! Drinks were great. We highly recommend! We are 5 friends visiting from Los Angeles & San Diego, California and Connecticut USA.
The ceviche was good but a little dry, and it included a few plantain chips. The high price point felt unjustified for what was served. The atmosphere was just okay and felt a bit basic, especially considering the premium pricing. I went during the day and they were playing music loudly for no reason. Service was just okay. I was one of only two customers in the restaurant, and I had to call staff over whenever I needed something.
I didn't have much expectations and this is what prompted me to do this review. Everything was super fresh and delicious. And a special shoutout to Eduardo, who took such great care of me. He was attentive, friendly and made me feel welcome. The inside of the restaurant is also super cute. Highly recommand.
