OAK is an exclusive restaurant with its own essence and personality that features the successful cuisine of renowned international chef Avi Barak, owner of Rimonim Catering.
His proposal intertwines both Mediterranean and Latin American techniques and flavours in a versatile and innovative fusion that seeks to combine ingredients from both worlds. Chef Avi’s culinary background and cultural heritage, for over 30 years has made the kitchen his life passion.
This intrepid restaurant is the latest invention of Chef Avi and the protagonist in each of his preparations is the authentic wood oven and new stove which is right at the entrance. Here, the most diverse recipes are cooked just in front of the hungriest customers, eyes with the main purpose of leaving the trues smoked wood flavours in the various dishes.
Let yourself be delighted by the exquisite Baba Ghanush as a starter to share, as well as the different salads and famous Shawarma with Venezuelan guasacaca sauce, a real example of the multicultural combination. And to close with a flourish, what better dessert than the caramelized baked pineapple with brown sugar and cinnamon in coconut sorbet.
