Spacious private rooms. Awesome air conditioned, fully furnished kitchen/dining area--- great for just hanging out, morning coffee, socializing with Konrad and other guests, and of course storing and preparing food. Beautiful, well-maintained pool was another great feature. By far the best amenity was Konrad's hospitality. He is a genuinely kind and attentive host and a good-natured person. I feel like he was an easy friend from the get go. We will definitely be back!
