Get ready to roll up your sleeves and discover the traditional art of coffee making. Pick ripe coffee cherries straight from the trees (November through December) and learn how those vibrant cherries transform into the beans you know and love.
Feel and test the beans to understand the crucial role of moisture content. Try your hand at the traditional 'pilon' and see just how heavy that stick really is.
Roast your own masterpiece with a small batch of coffee, learning all about the roasting process as you create your custom blend to take home. Become a coffee connoisseur as you sort your beans, ensuring only the best make it into your perfect package.
