Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel. Upon arrival the Embera people will greet you with their traditional canoes. Embark on a serene canoe ride through the jungle, surrounded by lush vegetation and diverse wildlife. Upon reaching the waterfall, you'll have the opportunity to swim in its refreshing waters. Spend an hour and a half enjoying the natural beauty and tranquility of this hidden gem. Remember to bring your swimsuit and comfortable walking shoes for the jungle hike. Next, continue your journey to the Embera village. As you arrive, you'll be welcomed with traditional music and dance by the Embera community. Explore the village and learn about their customs, daily life, and rich cultural heritage. The Embera people will share their knowledge of traditional medicine, handicrafts, and their deep connection with nature.
