THE EXPERIENCE (90-120 minutes) → Welcome & Introduction (5 min) Meet me, meet your group, and get ready to learn the real story. → Tequila Deep Dive (20 min) Taste 3 premium tequilas: Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo. Learn the proper tasting technique, the history from the Aztecs to today, and why the agave plant is so special. No salt and lime here—just pure, quality spirits. → Mezcal: The Smoky Truth (20 min) Discover why mezcal isn't 'tequila with a worm' and why that myth exists. Learn about artisanal production, underground pit cooking, and the cultural significance of this ancient spirit. → Craft Mezcal Cocktails (30 min) Enjoy 3 expertly crafted mezcal cocktails: Oaxaca Old Fashioned, El Camino, and All Jacked Up. Each one showcases different flavor profiles and cocktail techniques. → Authentic Mexican Tacos (20 min) Feast on 3 tacos made fresh by our kitchen: Al Pastor, Suadero, and Birria. Real Mexican food, not tourist versions. → Cultural Closing & Karaoke (20+ min) We close with a toast, some final stories, and if you're up for it, stick around for karaoke.
