Welcome to the ultimate Panamanian tasting experience, guided by a Panamanian food expert! This tasting session happens all in our guide's home, where you will embark on a three-hour flavor journey through 32 of Central America's tastiest flavors, from meats to fruits to snacks to street food. Your goal: figure out what you like and what you don't, so you can double down on your favorite foods during your stay in Panama, and maybe even bring back some food items. Your food expert will provide insights into each food item's origin, uniqueness and preparation, so you can better appreciate the flavors and ingredients. Appetizers, packed snacks, street cuisine, different barbecued meats, drinks, cocktails, candies, and desserts are all included in this all-inclusive experience. We'll limit all portion sizes so you may concentrate fully on savoring the tastes of Panama without worrying about getting full. Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic tasting session of 32 of Central America's best foods and drinks, all from the home of our Panamanian food expert who will deliver cultural / nutritional / economic / historic explanations for everything you'll encounter. You will learn to make mojitos while tasting over 30 Panamanian foods. No walking necessary! Just sit and try all food items that Panamanians love, but haven't become international just yet. A Guided tasting tour Sampling of 32 different Central American foods and drinks: Samples of several street foods, freshly made tropical fruit juices, alcoholic beverages (mojitos and other rum-based cocktails), all fees and taxes, coffee and/or tea (post-dinner liqueurs and Central American coffee), dinner (sampling portions of meats, appetizers, packaged snacks, and cheeses), snacks, and desserts.
