To my surprise there was no kettle, no cups, no tea / coffee and not even complimentary bottle of water. But other than that the location is very good, close to Argentina street with many resand coffeeshops.
Amazing location, staff AMAZING and very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the rooms are not a 3 stars , no amenities (coffee maker, iron; not a single artwork) very very basic nothing to making you feel comfortable internet does Noel Properly, not even a bottle of water in the forget, very very basic, it’s just a room With furniture and washroom smell is horrible., A coffee maker would at least help not going down to get a coffee as soon as you wake up The washroom smell horrible no matter if the fan was on all time. I hat saved me from from leaving was the attentive staff the staff is just amazing and is the only thinks keeping the hotel standing .
Stayed here a couple of times. Helping staff have been great, slow WiFi, small pool and great location. Front desk staff don’t seem to know how and or unwilling to accept accommodations / requests. 1 st night asked to have rooms next to another person staying with us well in advance “ask when you get here”= didn’t happen. 2nd -Booked a second night for convenience they told us there were no rooms available. Went online and booked a room immediately. We then asked to stay in the same room “ask tomorrow” again. 3- booked a room 4 months in advance w online website which is not accurate via English and or with accurate descriptions. Needless to say, we only got one bed when we needed two. No sofa as described online. No additional rooms available. No rollout beds or cots available. We asked for accommodation a week in advance. “Ask when you arrive” Last but not least our last room was on the 8th floor and the whole floor and room stink and bed skirts soiled dirty
Hotel is a great budget choice if you are not WiFi dependent. The WiFi password indicates it has not been upgraded since 2015. The housekeepers do a good job cleaning; however, everything is streaky (mirrors, TVs, etc.). Manager needs to address attention to detail.
The location is great. Plenty of restaurants, shops, service providers within a few minutes walk. Rooms are clean, spacious and have good condition basic furnishings. Front desk staff speak English. Would be an excellent value for money but for a couple of issues. First, the wifi is terrible. It barely works when functioning, signal is slow and inconsistent. Even worse, it was unavailable for at least half of our stay. And, staff pretended to be unaware of the issue when we reported it. BUT reviews over the past several months raise the issue repeatedly. Would not stay again.
