Great place to stay—beautiful, welcoming, and very safe. The staff were excellent. Everyone I interacted with, including the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant team, was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. One feature that really amazed me was the floor-to-ceiling glass wall at the end of each hallway. I actually checked, and every floor has one! The panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking and make the hotel feel even more special. While it isn't the closest location to Casco Viejo (the Old City), it took us only about 18 minutes to drive to Tocumen International Airport, which was very convenient. You'll also find everything you need within walking distance of the hotel, including restaurants, shops, and other amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
My stay was great. Staff is awesome. Especially my encounters in the restaurant. You can quickly walk to Multi Plaza (Mall) Friendly events in lobby during my visit.
I am staying at Ramada by Wyndham Panama for 3 nights, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. On the first night, I called the front desk three times requesting a toothbrush. Each time I was told it would be sent, but it never arrived. The next morning, the receptionist told me that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes. If I had been informed of this the previous night, I could have purchased one from a nearby store instead of waiting. Today, I requested coffee sachets twice, but again there was no response. Breakfast was another disappointment. The food labels were not in English, making it difficult for international guests to understand what was being served. As a vegetarian, I asked the staff about the ingredients, but they were unable or unwilling to provide an answer. Good service is about communication and responding to guests' requests. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the positive reviews I read before booking. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and provides clearer food labeling for international guests. This version is polite, factual, and likely to be taken seriously by both future travelers and hotel management.
My stay was fantastic! The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. My room was wonderful as staff gave me a room with a high floor and an exceptional view. The food was prepared to perfection. I would definitely stay there again!
Stayed for six days and loved it. Most major tourist attractions were within a US$10 Uber ride, although traffic can be an issue. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, including two ranked among the Top 50 in Latin America in 2025. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and our room was spacious and consistently clean. We didn’t use the spa or pool, but the gym was well equipped—though the treadmills could use some maintenance. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered good variety and quality. The Valentine’s Day set dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced. Soundproofing could be improved, especially for light sleepers.
