Very cool hostel in Panama's old city. The facilities are great, you can visit the old city walking. And you have breathtaking views of the rest of the city on the rooftop. Special thanks to the staff Gabriel and Milena they were very helpfull😉

I have stayed in many hostels and this would be one of my top ones! I liked the vibe and the space. The rooftop has an amazing view and they have co-working areas and daily activities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I stayed in the 4 person dorm on the 3rd floor - it was not noisy and I was able to sleep without earplugs. There was air-conditioning, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of areas to sit and hang out.

Good social vibe and easy to meet people. The activities are great, rooftop views are genuinely nice, and the live salsa band was a highlight. That said, overall it was disappointing. The showers weren’t clean (mould and damp buildup), which feels easily fixable with proper daily cleaning. We also woke up with multiple bites on our legs, which wasn’t ideal. Noise is a big issue—the bass from the rooftop goes on until around 2am and the open hallways amplify it, so it’s hard to sleep. Our private room was also right next to dorms, with loud and inconsiderate guests throughout the night. We flagged this to staff but nothing was really done. The private rooms themselves are very small and feel like converted storage spaces. For the price, it’s not good value when nearby hotels offer much better quality. Also frustrating that the rooftop/bar crowd take over the dining area… we lost our seats just going to the toilet. Overall, good if you’re just there to party, but the worst Viajero hostel I’ve stayed in.
