Description
Step into the warm, vibrant kitchen of Chef Winnie and discover the soul of Panama, one mojito, one story, and one dish at a time.
This is more than a cooking class. It’s a joyful, boozy dinner party in a local home, where strangers become friends and flavors become memories.
As the minty mojitos start flowing (they’re bottomless!), you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into Panama’s most beloved dishes, or simply sip and watch the magic unfold.
Under Winnie’s warm guidance, you'll explore 10 authentic recipes, from melt-in-your-mouth carimañolas to fresh ceviche, creamy cassava, sweet pineapple rice pudding, and more. Each bite comes with its own story, each sip with a smile.
