We loved this dining experience! Service was impeccable and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. Fish ceviche was the highlight, followed by the grilled prawns. We also enjoyed the caribbean style fish tempura. All great dishes and the team didn’t miss a beat! Staff was professional, friendly and attentive.
Ranked among the top 50 in Latin America, the restaurant initially impressed with its Caribbean fish tempura, which was genuinely delicious. I added bone marrow on the side, but unfortunately both the bone marrow and my partner’s dish were far too salty for my taste. The service was basic and unremarkable. Given the price point and reputation, I expected a higher level of consistency and overall quality.
There is at least a dozen of world class restaurants in PTY, but this is not it. It’s a good, average, modern Caribbean cuisine. You’ll like the food, for sure. But not worth the price…. Drinks are great though.
Was brought here for my first dinner in Panama City by local friends, and we had a great meal. Fun music, friendly service and delicious food and cocktails. Highlights were the Mexzal papaya Negroni, the veggie/fruit ceviche (trust me), and the pork chop that was worth a one hour wait. One dish I ordered I end up eating it by myself was a phenomenal trips due with giant shrimp served on top. You have to be a fan of trip to like this, but if you are a fan, this will be heaven for you.
