Best restaurants in Panama - Best Burgers in Panama
Concept creation of 'Esa Flaca Rica', was born from the need to have fun and create more informal food proposal. Miranda was already working 7 years with fine dining business model and needed some “rock and roll in his life”. His home town was in a need of a “fast food” supply his passion to serve, and well, after nights of inspiration the project was born let's say semi formally.
In Esa Flaca Rica you will find a different types of hamburgers, from the most classic to the most authentic and original. But even the more classic options always have 'The Flow' characteristic of 'Esa Flaca Rica'. They also have a 'hot-dog', made with pork sausage, and a 'corn tortilla sandwich', is almost the simulation of a typical Panamanian breakfast, corn tortilla, yellow cheese and stewed meats cooked with coconut.
Among those that you can choose is the choripan, the 'Look for lawsuits', the 'Hojaldra melt', the 'Ohh cheeses burger' or the 'Flaca sexy burger' that makes it laugh to hear her name when she is a woman who orders her to eat it. Each one has different flavors and ingredients that make anyone hesitate to choose.
Great flavors and even the vegetarian burger is to try Undoubtedly, the concept is sexy, fun and relaxed and artisanal. Both bread and sauces are prepared in Chiriqui so quality control is guaranteed.
Tasty burgers, one of the best in Panama, check them out!
