Do you often find yourself out and about in Panama and in need of WiFi but have no idea where the nearest venue is that offers it? Well, now you don't have to worry as we have compiled a list with some key locations along the coast that have free WiFi. Many places only offer it to customers for free but there are some locations where you can access it totally free of charge.
With roaming charges now lifted across Central America you will also find that you can use our mobile friendly version (just save it to your home screen for easy access) to quickly find what you are looking for so there's really only a need to save data using wifi if you are looking to browse for longer periods.

Also from January 17, 2017 Panama installed 50 free wireless wi-fi internet access points at bus stops (MetroBus) all over Panama City. Smart City is a joint initiative between the Municipality of Panama. The government is providing these free connectivity services to encourage use of the public transportation systems for both residents and tourists, and make internet more widely available to everyone.
