We had the falafel and it was absolutely delicious ! The portions were great. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend trying it if you visit this restaurant!
Sababa is hands down one of the best places to eat in Bocas del Toro. The Mediterranean food is absolutely incredible fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was packed with authentic taste and high quality ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you're craving something light or a full meal, this place delivers every time.
If you’re in Bocas del Toro, you have to swing by Sababa Restaurant 💛 Super chill vibes, really friendly service, and honestly just one of those places that makes you feel good as soon as you walk in. And Allan? The best 🙌 He really makes the experience even more special. Food-wise… wow. The chicken schnitzel is easily the best in Bocas—crispy, juicy, and sooo flavorful. The fries are dangerously good (you’ve been warned 😅), and the hummus is just next level—creamy, fresh, and full of flavor. Also… they have AC, which is a blessing in Bocas 😄 It’s one of those spots you go once and end up coming back again and again. 100% recommend!
Tastes like Israel. I got the beef kabob plate which came w all of these small salads. Everything was delicious and the portion was huge - I could have shared this with 2 people. As a solo traveler - I took half to go. Would return & recommend.
What a wonderful experience finding this lovely restaurant. Great food and large portions. The service is outstanding. We did the Shabbat menu as well as eating at the restaurant. The meal was just like a home cooked meal. Outrages portions enough for several people to enjoy. They delivered the food to our bungalow and even brought a hot plate so the food would stay warm for Shabbat chamin.
